GBB meets the first Thursday of the month at Sparks Masonic Center located at 2425 Pyramid Hwy, Sparks, NV.   Business meetings commence at 11:00 a.m. and usually last about an hour, followed by a sharing session entitled "Show and Tell" and lunch (bring a sack lunch.) The monthly program begins at 12:30 p.m.

Each month, GBB presents one or two in-depth classes featuring a myriad of instructors, techniques and materials.  The classes run from 9:30-3:30, all students must pre-register and pre-pay for the classes.  The fee for a class is $30 for GBB members and $40 for non-members; a materials fee is in addition to the class fee.
